Im Falle einer Stornierung Ihrer Teilnahme am ONFIRE FITNESS CAMP ANDALUCIA 2023 müssen Sie den Veranstalter über die folgende E-Mail benachrichtigen: onfire.fitness@hotmail.com.

Rücknahmegarantie:

* 120 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstattet die Organisation 75 %.

* 90 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstattet die Organisation 50 %.

* 60 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstattet die Organisation 25 %.

* 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstattet die Organisation 15 %.

* Weniger als 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstattet die Organisation 5 %

- Falls Sie ohne vorherige Stornierung nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen, gilt dies als NICHT ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIG.

- Die Rückerstattung erfolgt gemäß der Zahlungsmethode, mit der die Reservierung vorgenommen wurde.

- Im Falle der Übertragung Ihrer Reservierung auf eine andere Person werden zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von 100 € als Verwaltungskosten generiert.

- Die Organisation ONFIRE FITNESS ist nicht verantwortlich für Stornierungen von vertraglich vereinbarten Zusatzleistungen (Themenpartys, Katamaran...)

- Die Verwaltungskosten für die Stornierung betragen 50 €.

ENGLISH:

In case of canceling your participation in ONFIRE FITNESS CAMP ANDALUCIA 2023, you must notify the event organizer through the following email: onfire.fitness@hotmail.com.

Return Policy:

* 120 days before the event, the organization will refund 75%.

* 90 days before the event, the organization will reimburse 50%.

* 60 days before the event, the organization will reimburse 25%.

* 30 days before the event, the organization will refund 15%.

* Less than 30 days before the event, the organization will refund 5%

- In case of not attending the event without prior cancellation, it will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE.

- The refund will be made according to the payment method with which the reservation was made.

- In case of transferring your reservation to another person, an extra cost of €100 will be generated as management expenses.

- The ONFIRE FITNESS organization is not responsible for cancellations by contracted extra services (Theme parties, Catamaran...)

- The management costs for cancellation will have an amount of €50.

ESPAÑOL:

En caso de cancelar su participación en ONFIRE FITNESS CAMP ANDALUCIA 2023, deberá notificarlo al organizador del evento a través del siguiente correo electrónico: onfire.fitness@hotmail.com.

Política de devolución:

* 120 Dias antes del evento , la organización reembolsara el 75% .

* 90  Dias antes del evento , la organización reembolsara el 50% .

* 60 Dias antes del evento , la organización reembolsara el  25% .

* 30 Dias antes del evento , la organización reembolsara el 15% .

* Menos de 30 dias antes del evento , la organización reembolsara el 5%

- En caso de no asistir al evento sin una cancelación previa se considerara NO REEMBOLSABLE .

- La devolución se realizará segun el metodo de pago con lo que se haya realizado la reserva .

- En caso de transferir su reserva a otra persona se generara un coste extra de 100€ como gastos de gestión.

- La organización ONFIRE FITNESS no se hace responsable de las cancelaciones por parte de los servicios extras contratados (Fiestas tematicas, Catamaran ..)

- Los costes de gestion por cancelación tendran un importe de 50€ .
